Dr. Terrazzo Concrete Polishing and Terrazzo Restoration of Florida made a tremendous splash by completing all terrazzo restoration at Kennedy Space Center's Launch Control Center lobby in Florida.

Dr. Terrazzo created a specific plan fine-tuned and expertly tailored to the needs of Kennedy Space Center. Our expert technicians began by Diamond Grinding and Stripping all terrazzo floor areas to get down to the original terrazzo. The floor had multiple layers of floor wax and product on the floor from years of application. The goal always is to remove all of this product.
Once that laborious process was completed, we treated and cleaned the floor to remove residual wax buildup and soil. We then diamond polished the floors using subsequent resin diamond pads. This entails 6-8 individual processes, where the entire floor was polished, then all slurry removed and cleaned.
We next neutralized and disinfected the floor with a hospital grade product to insure we had a 0 ph for application of sealer/finish. Our sealer is a high solids metal interlock product, not a polystyrene, (plastic based) wax product which is easily maintained.
