Doctor Terrazzo's Method :
- First step is to diamond impregnated disks to grind down the surface of the concrete to remove minor pits, blemishes, stains, or light coatings.
 - Then use an angle grinder to smooth the floor around the edges of room, and to grind down nails from tack strips.
- Patch any holes in the floor by first enlarging the holes then filling the holes with a patching compound. 
- We will also place stones into the patch and color match the best we can
- Once the patch(es) cure we will continue the grinding and/or polishing process using graduating grits 
- Once the floor reaches the desired sheen we will disinfect the floor with a hospital grade disinfectant. Then use a neutralizer to make the pH of the surface neutral 
- We will then use a sealer that is comprised of high-solids metal interlocking matrix. This will leave a durable finish that you can enjoy for years to come.
